No Refunds & No Returns
Customized Products: All NFC business cards are fully customized based on the information and design provided by you at the time of order. As these products are unique and personalized, they cannot be resold or reused by others. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.
Order Accuracy
Review Before Submission: We strongly encourage you to carefully review all details of your order, including the design, text, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Once the order is placed and production begins, changes cannot be made, and the order cannot be canceled.
Defective or Damaged Products
Damaged Cards: If you receive a card that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7-10 days of receiving your order at Nexttapsolutions@gmail.com or 8959117427. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement within 7-10 days if necessary.
